In accordance with article 13 of the European Regulation GDPR (EU) 2016/679, therefore, we provide you with the following information:

TREATMENT CONTRACTS are the «affiliated» agencies of the ASKA group linked to the company ASKA PROYECTOS Y DESARROLLO INMOBILIARIOS SL by a franchise contract. - The Data Protection delegate at FORMACION Y DESARROLLO INMOBILIARIO 2019 SL with registered office C/humanista Mariner 18 Bajo 46018 – (Valencia) and email address: dpo@a3sides.es
2) TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
The data processed are those provided by the candidate by sending their CV and the personal data strictly necessary to identify the candidate’s profile (name, surname, year of birth and place where they would like to work) and information to be able to contact them ( phone number and email).
The purpose of the processing is related to the possibility of being contacted by one of our offices to evaluate your candidacy. In particular, the purpose of the processing of the collection of personal data is strictly linked to the candidacy of persons interested in assuming the profession in collaboration with the affiliates of FORMACION Y DESARROLLO INMOBIKLILARIO 2019 SL
3) LEGITIMATION OF TREATMENT
The data collected will be treated based on a legitimacy that is based on the Consent of the interested party.
4) PROCESSING METHOD AND DATE OF DATA STORAGE
The processing will comply with the principles of confidentiality, correctness, necessity, legality and transparency and the security measures required by law, either on paper or with the help of computer means, connected or not on the network, expressly accessible by staff. . 5) REJECTION OF DATA COMMUNICATION
The refusal of the interested party to provide their data does not allow collecting the request and being able to communicate with the «affiliates» of FORMACION Y DESARROLLO INMOBILIARIO 2019 SL for the evaluation and possible contact for a job proposal.
6) TRANSFER OF DATA
The data is communicated, within the limits strictly relevant to the obligations, tasks and purposes mentioned in paragraph 2) to the affiliates of FORMACION Y DESARROLLO INMOBILIARIO 2019 SL to evaluate the candidacy of the interested party.
Personal data will be processed by the data controller, by the Data Managers appointed by him and by the parties authorized to process them, always with the prior consent of the interested party.
7) RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
